It builds the list itself
No spreadsheet to upload, no list to buy. “Printing companies in Manchester” is enough.
Same agent, same name. It finds companies and emails them from your own domain, and it posts on your behalf on Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn. It writes the content; you approve it.
SmartSendBox is email marketing software with one difference: everyone else asks you to upload a list. We find the companies by industry and city, extract their business email addresses, and send from your own domain at a pace that keeps you out of spam.

Got it. Searching for companies…

Figures shown belong to a sample account; not a promise of average results.
Every agent has its own name, works at its own pace and signs the mail it sends with that name. One is finding companies while another writes, and a third puts the reply in front of you.
Each agent works under its own name; the one that gets a reply is flagged in the panel.

Where people stop
The figures on this screen are examples; the panel shows your own.
You do none of the steps below. You type an industry and a city; the rest runs on its own and tells you when a reply comes in.
No spreadsheet to upload, no list to buy. “Printing companies in Manchester” is enough.
It does not blast one text to 500 people; the AI rebuilds the message per company.
Five emails on day one, a little more each day. An address that jumps from zero to hundreds gets marked as spam.
Every sending address shares one inbox screen, so replies do not scatter.
When the list runs out the campaign does not quietly stop — it opens the next search itself.
Nights, weekends, holidays — it sends the next one in the queue while you sleep.
It does not replace your sales team. The part that costs them the most hours — building the list, finding the addresses, writing the first touch — moves over here.
$49 a month — no setup fee
The goal is not to replace your sales team, but to hand them a ready list and companies that already replied.
Most cold email software hands you an empty list screen; our email marketing software builds the list itself. From packaging to logistics, construction to wholesale — whatever industry you’re targeting for B2B lead generation, the system searches Google Maps and business directories, verifies corporate email addresses, and sends from your own domain, raising the daily count step by step. This isn’t a one-time list purchase — it’s a prospecting engine that keeps running.
SmartSendBox sets up AI agents that work on behalf of your business. They research target companies from publicly available sources, compile corporate contact addresses, write the first message and its follow-up under your identity, and bring the reply to you. Every decision stays with you.
Naming an industry and a city is enough. The agents compile your target audience from public business directories and the companies’ own corporate websites, verify the records technically, and drop the ones already on your list.
Mail is sent from your own domain, with your signature. SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are set during onboarding, so the sending reputation accrues to your domain and stays yours independently of the platform.
The agents work within the days and hours you set and raise the daily volume in steps. When the list runs low they start the next research round themselves, so the process continues without interruption.
Incoming replies are collected on a single screen, the relevant agent is flagged, and a draft answer is put to you for approval. Volume sent, companies reached and opt-out requests are all on record in the panel.
Data is compiled from publicly available sources only. Every message carries an unsubscribe link and opt-out requests are applied permanently. The process is operated with the applicable electronic-communication and data-protection obligations in mind; responsibility for the content sent rests with the account holder.
Setup happens once. After that the list keeps filling, the daily volume keeps climbing and the queue keeps moving without waiting on you.
Competing tools ask you for a finished list; the hard work starts and ends right there. We take it on. “Packaging manufacturers in Lyon” is enough: we find the companies through map services and business directories, pull their business email addresses from their own websites, and drop anything that does not resolve or is already in your list.
Not every company found makes it into the list — many only publish a phone number. The dashboard reports “found” and “added” as separate figures; we do not hide the gap.
How cold email worksNone of these are decoration; each one exists to prevent a specific failure.
Give an industry and a city, and we pull the companies from publicly available sources. Every address is verified before sending; dead ones and anything already in your list are dropped.
You are the sender. Replies land in your inbox and the sending reputation accrues to your domain — it stays with you even if you leave the platform.
The daily ceiling rises on its own and the per-mailbox limit is enforced. A new mailbox always starts at day one; it never inherits an older mailbox’s volume.
Every message carries an RFC 8058 compliant unsubscribe header. Gmail and Yahoo have required this since 2024; without it the spam folder is close to guaranteed.
SPF, DKIM, DMARC and your unsubscribe rate in a single strip. We do not display an invented open rate — we do not pretend to measure what we cannot.
See how your list is distributed geographically and by sector, on a map and in charts. Noticing a region you have never touched becomes obvious.
A company that hides the answer to this question is a company whose answer you would not like.
Contact details that companies publish themselves — on their own websites, in map services and in business directories. We do not use purchased, rented or leaked lists.
Contact is limited to corporate addresses and to business purposes, the data held is kept to a minimum, and every message offers a way out. Under the GDPR this is assessed as legitimate interest; the assessment for your own sending is yours to make.
An RFC 8058 header plus a visible link. An address that opts out is recorded permanently and never enters any list again.
What remains your responsibility
Rules differ by country: the GDPR and ePrivacy in the EU, CAN-SPAM in the United States, CASL in Canada. Some of them are considerably stricter than others, and which applies depends on where your recipients are. Review your own obligations with a legal advisor — we describe what our software does, not what you are permitted to do.
Your search credits are ready the moment you sign up — no credit card. Search credits match your monthly sending allowance.

A credit is spent per COMPANY FOUND: not every company publishes a business email address, and a record without one is not added to your list. The dashboard shows “found” and “added to list” separately.

Email marketing software for business outreach: list building, copywriting, sequenced follow-ups, deliverability checks and a sending schedule in one dashboard. The difference from other tools is that it supplies the list too — name an industry and a city and it finds the companies and their business email addresses itself.
From publicly available sources: companies’ own websites, their contact pages and public business directories. We do not use purchased, rented or leaked lists. Every address we find is technically verified before anything is sent.
It depends on where your recipients are. In the EU, business-to-business contact is commonly handled under the GDPR’s legitimate interest basis, with a right to object in every message. The United States has CAN-SPAM and Canada has CASL, which is markedly stricter. We build the software to support compliance — the assessment for your own sending should be made with a legal advisor.
Each plan includes a number of new customers per month (250, 500 or 1,000): companies we find and send one first email to. Searching is on us; you are counted only for companies that actually receive your email. The allowance resets at the start of each period.
Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file, or add contacts one at a time. The list we build sits alongside yours, not in place of it.
No system removes that risk entirely, but we close the known causes one by one: sending from your own domain, SPF/DKIM/DMARC verification, daily volume raised step by step, and a working unsubscribe link in every message.
Yes. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and other providers connect over SMTP with an app password. The connection is tested against the server before it is saved, and your password is stored encrypted with AES-256.
No. It runs month to month and you can stop in any month. Your contact list and sending history stay downloadable as a spreadsheet at all times.
Tell us which industry you sell to and in which city. We find the companies and their business email addresses, send from your own domain at a pace that keeps you out of spam, and let the replies land straight in your inbox.
